Canvas Announcements

Canvas Announcements are a great way to inform students of important dates, upcoming projects, or other general course information. Canvas Announcements allow the use of attachments, so you can attach a document or other file to the announcement that you may want your students to view. Students also get an email sent to their Xavier inbox whenever you post a Canvas announcement, so they are notified in multiple places and can always view the announcement in the Canvas course.

Directly in your Canvas courses, click on the "Announcements" link in the course navigation menu.
