SWAG Peer Educators

Meet the 2025-2026 SWAG Peer Educators!

Sam

Same (he/him) is a senior PPP and econ major. This is his second year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Sam serves as a peer educator because college is difficult, and knowing how to best take care of your mind and body is the first step in doing anything well.

Alecea

Alecea (she/her) is a senior marketing major from Indianapolis, Indiana. This is her first year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Alecea loves to talk to her fellow students about physical and spiritual wellbeing. 

Elizabeth

Elizabeth (she/her) is a senior psychology and management major from Barrington, Illinois. This is her first year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Elizabeth serves as a peer educator because she thinks it is essential to incorporate wellness into our everyday lives, in both big and small ways. She loves collaborating with her peers to help make prioritizing wellbeing easier on campus, because we all deserve to take the time to care for ourselves, and for each other.

Kayla

Kayla (she/her) is a junior psychology major from Middlebury, Indiana. This is her first year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Kayla's favorite dimension of wellbeing is emotional wellbeing. When she isn't in the Student Wellbeing office, you can also find her working at the rec center, working out, or helping her residents in her role as an RA.

Isaiah

Isaiah (he/him) is a sophomore Finance major from Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is his first year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Isaiah's favorite dimension of wellbeing is community wellbeing.

Michele

Michele (she/her) is a junior chemistry major from Columbus, Ohio. This is her second year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Michele serves as a peer educator because she feels called to help students and our campus in any aspect she can. Being able to use her passion to connect with others and see how it can impact the student and herself in the process is a feeling she cannot explain!

Ellie 2026

Ellie (she/her) is a senior psychology major from Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This is her second year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Ellie serves as a peer educator because she believes that understanding how to feel our best is a journey deserving of positive and supportive communities. She is passionate about destigmatizing mental health, creating spaces of acceptance and understanding on campus, and meeting one another where we are at along the journey.

Emma

Emma (she/her) is a senior Biology major from Lima, Ohio. This is her third year as a SWAG Peer Educator. Emma serves as a peer educator because she loves overall wellness and trying to become the best version of herself while helping others do the same.
