What is Experiential Learning?
Experiential Learning is the process of learning by doing, and can be more narrowly defined as "reflection on doing." Experiential Learning encompasses a variety of activities, skills, and values from direct experiences that complement students’ traditional academic settings. It offers students a way to amplify their classroom learning with real-world business experiences and helps students improve career outcomes.
