Symphonic Wind Ensemble Auditions

Xavier's Symphonic Wind Ensemble playing their instruments during a performance The Xavier University Symphonic Wind Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble dedicated to the high artistic standards in the performance of the most exciting traditional and contemporary literature. Participation in the ensemble is open to all Xavier students through competitive audition.

For 2021, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble will present four musical programs on Xavier’s campus in the celebrated Gallagher Student Center Theatre.

Interested students should register for MUSC 265 to receive audition and rehearsal information. Audition material will be posted July 1. Audition videos are due by Monday, August 9. For more information, please contact Dr. Chamberlain at chamberlainb4@xavier.edu.
