Non-Degree Options

Xavier's Emergine Leaders MBA Program

The Williams College of Business offers several options for students to take MBA classes without pursuing a full Xavier degree.

Visiting Students: Students who are enrolled and in good standing with another MBA program can take a limited number of classes at Xavier as a visiting student. The student will transfer the credit for these courses back to his/her home institution. Visiting students must submit a non-degree application and a letter of good standing from his/her program director.

MBA Plus: Students who have received an MBA from ANY college or university can take MBA classes at Xavier through the MBA Plus Program. While MBA Plus students can take any class offered within the MBA curriculum, most choose to take elective courses or pursue a concentration. The MBA Plus program does not result in a degree, but rather offers students a chance to expand skills. Applicants to the MBA Plus program must submit a non-degree application and official MBA transcripts (Xavier MBA graduates do not need to submit transcripts).

Jesuit MBA: Students who are enrolled at one of Xavier's Jesuit sister-schools can take courses at Xavier through the Jesuit Transfer Agreement. If you have completed more than half of your MBA degree at another Jesuit institution, please submit a non-degree application as a visiting student, a letter of good standing from your program director, and a Jesuit Transfer Agreement form. If you have completed less than half of your degree at another Jesuit institution, please follow the guidelines for a new applicant in Xavier's Main Campus MBA. In addition to the stated application requirements, Jesuit MBA transfers must also submit a letter of good standing from their current program director AND a Jesuit Transfer Agreement form.

Exchange Programs: Xavier University has exchange agreements with a number of colleges and universities internationally. Students coming to Xavier through an official international exchange program should follow the application guidelines for a degree-seeking international student. However, exchange students do not need to submit GMAT or GRE scores.
