Master of Business Administration

Concentrations and Electives

MBA students must complete a minimum of nine credit hours in MBA elective courses. Pursuing a concentration is not required but is an opportunity for you to tailor your electives in the fields of your choice, to provide a broader understanding of the business world, or to specialize your degree.

All MBA students are required to take three graduate business electives as part of their MBA studies.  These electives can come from any of the MBA departments which include Accounting & Business Law, Business Analytics & Information Systems, Economics & International Business, Finance, Management (includes Human Resources) & Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
