How Does BEAT Respond?

BEAT will determine appropriate response strategies based on the needs of those impacted and the specifics of each reported incident. Generally speaking the protocol goes as the following: BEAT Chair is informed, BEAT team invited to convene in-person or via email in order to determine if report fits bias incident criteria.

At the end of each quarter BEAT will provide updates on the number and type of bias incidents that have occurred in a given quarter.
