Billing
Xavier University Health Services is operated by TriHealth. The Health Services office will charge for all services provided during your visit. Your health insurance provider is billed first, but the student and/or parents are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
It is the responsibility of the policy holder to contact their own health insurance provider regarding benefit coverage for the student while away at school. Xavier University Health Services, operated by TriHealth bills under tax ID 20-2305158.
Majority of insurances require a small copayment be collected at each visit. Students can make any co-pays by cash, credit card or ONE Pass.
Every effort will be made to assist where financial hardship exists. Students are able to apply for financial assistance through TriHealth for any health service related expense incurred at a TriHealth facility. Please contact the office for additional information or questions.
