Catalyst Leadership Summit

Rooted in the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, Catalyst is an immersive leadership experience for diversity and inclusion student organizations and groups on campus that creates transformative leaders. Through hands-on activities, interactive sessions, and guided reflections, students gain the knowledge, skills, and strategies to become catalysts for social change within their organization and throughout Xavier.
