Bias Incident Reports

When a Xavier student is accused of engaging in biased behavior:

Bias incidents in which a student is accused of engaging in the biased behavior may be reported in several ways in order to respect the needs of the impacted individual(s):

  1. Bias incidents or hate crimes by students may be reported to the University through the link below:

  2. Bias incidents or hate crimes by students may be reported to the Dean of Students, Jean Griffin, by phone (513-745-3166) or email griffinj6@xavier.edu.
  3. Bias incidents or hate crimes may be reported to the Xavier University Police Department. To make a report, you may contact XUPD at 513-745-1000 or visit XUPD on campus at Flynn Hall.
  4. Anonymous reports may be submitted through Xavier's EthicsPoint system by either of the following two methods:

When a Xavier employee is accused of engaging in biased behavior:

  1. The Office of Human Resources at 513-745-3638 or hr@xavier.edu
  2. Bias incidents or hate crimes may be reported to the Xavier University Police Department. To make a report, you may contact XUPD at 513-745-1000 or visit XUPD on campus at Flynn Hall.
  3. Anonymous reports may be submitted through Xavier's EthicsPoint system by either of the following two methods:
