Maddy Lancaster graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2018. She completed a master's degree in criminal justice at the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and went straight into the doctoral program. In 2025, Maddy graduated with a PhD in criminal justice! She currently works as a criminal justice consultant at RDA Consulting where she works in close partnership with police and probation departments in California. In her personal life, Maddy loves all things sports and spending time with her family and friends. As a Xavier graduate, Maddy knows what it means to be a Xavier Muskie. She credits her success and original interest in criminal justice to the CJ department at Xavier. Although originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, and a true Virginia girl at heart, Xavier will always be a second home for her.
