Xavier University's annual Fall Career Fair is one of the best venues to find bright, creative and well-educated talent. Don't miss this prime recruiting opportunity for your full-time degree-required jobs and internships. Space is limited, so register today to reserve your spot!

REGISTRATION:

Registration for the Fall Career Fair is open through September 2, 2026.  To register for the Fall Career Fair, please use Handshake (Fall 2026 Career Fair Registration)

Registration Fees:

  • Corporate: $500
  • Government Organizations: $250
  • Hospital Organizations: $200
  • Graduate Schools: $200
  • Non-Profit: $150
  • Registrations include 2 attendees (except sponsors). Organizations can opt to bring in up to 2 more with a fee of $20 per extra representative above 2. If your organization wants to bring more than 5 people, you are required to include the extra table add-on (see below).

Sponsorships & Fair Add-ons:

  • Platinum Career Partner (includes banquet room registration): $1500
  • Gold Career Partner (includes banquet room registration): $1200
  • Silver Career Partner (includes banquet room registration): $900
  • Bronze Career Partner (includes banquet room registration): $650
  • Employer Sponsored Door Prize: No additional cost. Prize provided is expected to be a minimum value of $50, additional benefits of registration include promotion of your organization at the fair, promotion of your organization and the prize on socials and the Career Fair page.
  • Extra Table: $100 (limit 1 per organization)
  • Electricity: $30 (limit 1 per organization)

Perks of Sponsoring: 

All sponsorships/sponsorship add-ons include career fair registration (6-foot table with tablecloth, representative name tags, and refreshments) along with premium table placement at the event. Sponsors will also receive: recognition on CDO's website, digital and print career fair promotion to students/alumni, and via social media; on-site recognition at the event; and additional opportunities to connect with students.

Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum Career Partners are also entitled to bring up to 4 representatives for their table with no additional cost.

Payment Information: 

*Note: Please share the updated mailing address information below with your accounts payable team to ensure your payment arrives and is processed in a timely fashion.

All career fair payments are due by the date of the fair.  Payment may be made by credit card through your organization’s Handshake account, or by mailing a check (payable to Xavier University).

When completing registration be aware that if you select “other” you are stating that you are mailing a check and the system will not provide an option to pay by credit card. If you are unsure if you are paying by card or check, we recommend selecting “Credit Card”. These are the only options for payment.
