TIPS TO BUILD YOUR BRAND
Prior to the fair, registered organizations are encouraged to engage with Xavier students and alumni, inviting them to connect with you at the Fall Career Fair. Following are some helpful resources to personalize your outreach and stand out at the fair:

PARKING & ARRIVAL
Parking passes are not required for career fairs. Employers may unload materials at the east Schiff Family Conference Center entrance and then park in the east Cintas Center lot labeled C-2. Please reference our Campus Map for a visual. Representatives are welcome to arrive any time after 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 26.
SHIPPING MATERIALS TO/FROM THE VENUE
You may ship your items to arrive no earlier than 9/26/2023. Please do not ship materials more than 72 hours prior to the fair. This will ensure safe storage of your pre-shipped items. To ship items in advance, the shipping address is:

To ship your materials after the fair, there are UPS and FedEx drop-boxed just outside the east Cintas Center (Schiff Family Conference and Banquet Center) doors. Pick up occurs at 7:45PM for FedEx Monday-Friday. You will need an account number to pay for the shipment. The conference center suggests printing and bringing with you pre-paid labels for your convenience. If you need to use UPS, you must call UPS directly to arrange for a pick up. They will need your account number and measurement of the boxes that you will be shipping. The conference center is not responsible for shipping packages.
Now is an excellent time to schedule your virtual interviews via Handshake or your in-person interviews on Xavier's campus as a follow-up to the Fall Career Fair. Handshake allows employers to use their preferred video conferencing platform when conducting virtual interviews and provides a convenient scheduling platform allowing you to connect more in-depth with those you met at the career fair. XAVIER STUDENT ATHLETES
Due to the travel schedules of some of our NCAA athletic programs, some student-athletes may not be able to attend the fair. As a result, a select number of these student-athletes may reach out to recruiters outside of the fair.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, & REFUNDS
Full refunds will be issued for any cancellation made before September 12, 2023 at 5:00 PM. After this time, your organization may cancel, however no refunds will be granted and your invoice must be paid in full to be approved for future career fair registrations per Xavier's Cancellation Policy.
If Xavier University is closed the day of the career fair due to inclement weather, Career Development staff will assess the situation and make a decision by 8:00 AM on the day of the event. Registrants and representatives will be notified via email and an announcement will appear on the front page of the Career Development website (www.xavier.edu/career) if the event is impacted by inclement weather. Please ensure all representative names and email addresses are provided with your event registration to ensure all are informed should this occur. Please review the full Inclement Weather Policy.
