Nick Andriole

Assistant Director, Career Development Office

Nick Andriole is an Assistant Director of Career Development at Xavier University. He provides one-on-one career coaching to students across a variety of majors, guiding them in major and career exploration, resume and cover letter development, internship and job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation. Nick also co-leads Xavier’s Professional Mentor Program, connecting students with industry professionals to build mentorship relationships and develop professional skills. In addition, he organizes networking events, career workshops, and service initiatives, while contributing to the planning and execution of career fairs and representing Xavier on regional education committees.

Nick earned his Master of Education in Professional Counseling with a concentration in Student Affairs from the University of West Georgia, where he developed the university’s first student-athlete career panel and collaborated with alumni and campus departments to provide athletes with networking and career development opportunities. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dayton.

A former collegiate baseball coach at both the University of West Georgia and Middlebury College, Nick helped lead Middlebury to a NESCAC Baseball Championship and an NCAA regional appearance in the spring of 2022. His experience in athletics shaped his approach to career development, emphasizing mentorship, teamwork, and goal setting to help students build confidence for life after college.

Nick continues to coach baseball at the high school level in the Cincinnati area with the Midland Baseball Organization, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes, instilling the values of hard work and discipline, and fostering a love of the game of baseball.
