Drop-in Hours
Drop-in hours for the Fall 2026 semester will be updated in August.
Professional Headshots
The Career Development Office is home to an Iris Air Photo Booth for students, alumni, faculty, and staff to take professional headshots on your own time! Hours of the photo booth will be from 9 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday (as long as the university is opened). Appointments must be made on Handshake to guarantee a spot for the photo booth; walk-ins will be accommodated if there are times available. Visit to see how the booth works.
After-Hour Resources

Alumni Career Coaching Resources: Once a Musketeer, always a Musketeer.
Alumni enjoy the same career development services and resources as current Xavier students, with a limit of 3 appointments per semester. To our Xavier Alumni, please view this video in order to learn the process of how to get started on Handshake, as well as where to login to Handshake. Both students and alumni should use Handshake to schedule an appointment with a Career Coach. Alumni need to update their email in Handshake by emailing career@xavier.edu (include your updated/current email address, graduation year, and major). You will then receive an email from Handshake to verify your new email address. The Career Development Office continues to serve students and alumni through in-person, Handshake, and phone coaching appointments.
