Senior Assistant Director, Career Development Office
With a true passion for student growth, I lead our Career Coaching efforts alongside an incredible team of career professionals. I prioritize creating a supportive environment for students and colleagues alike, drawing on my background in teaching, coaching and program development to ensure every interaction is meaningful.
My educational background includes a Master of Arts. in Educational Policy & Leadership (Higher Education specialization) from The Ohio State University. While at OSU, I completed a graduate assistantship in New Student Orientation and practicums within the Colleges of Education & Engineering. I also earned my undergraduate degree in Science and Teacher Education from the University of Dayton. While at UD, I was actively involved in Christmas on Campus, Conference Support, Greek Life (social & professional) & the University Pre-school.
My career path has taken me through Admissions and Student Affairs at OSU and Career Development at NKU, eventually leading me to the Muskie family in 2016. I have been named a Province Ignatian educator of Distinction and enjoy rooting on the XU Musketeers all year long.
When I’m not coaching students, you’ll find me cheering on Cincy sports teams, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with my husband and three kids.
