Q. If there is a problem with a machine where can I report this?

A. If a problem arises with one of the machines simply go to the Contact Us for Service link and fill out the online form. This form is then directly sent to a service rep to inform them of the issue.

Q. Where can I get a refund for money lost in one of the vending machines?

A. There are a few vending machine reimbursement locations around campus:

• Cohen Center / Occupational Therapy, Lower Level
• Gallagher Student Center / Welcome Desk
• Conaton Learning Commons-McDonald Library / Discovery Services
