Lace up those running shoes, Xavier Nation! The 2 mile race route will include some of your favorite campus spots to reminisce and remember your cherished time here at Xavier. Bring your family and tell your Xavier friends to join in the fun. You won’t want to miss out. Avid runners, casual walkers, and everyone in between are included!

This event allows the first year students and their families to inform themselves on the structure of their sophomore year of PPP. Which is arguably the most intense year for the program. There will be a brief social hour with coffee, bagels, etc., and our director will give a short welcome speech. The second segment will include an alumni panel as well as an upperclassmen panel. These are usually very well-recieved as they give direct insight to students and parents as to what can be expected during the sophomore year. Finally, we will ask 3 different faculty members to give mock lectures on their respective fields of study. All in all, this event is extremely successful in fostering relationship between faculty, staff, students, and parents, as well as a great way to ease the freshmen into the program.

Join SWEAT for some fun fitness and time together. Kendal will lead three 20-minute sections: cycling, circuit training, and pilates. All activities will be modifiable for everyone, all ages and abilities, to participate. Post workout drinks will be provided! Please register yourself and all the members in your family that you plan to bring!

Come visit the completely restored and updated Armory. There will be demonstrations from the Pershing Rifles Drill Team and the Ranger Challenge Team. Beverages and light appetizers will be provided. No RSVP required.

Please join us for brunch with students, their families, and alumni. Meet with all faculty, tour the Exercise Science and Athletic Training Labs, and access to the Recreation Center.

This is a brunch event to bring together the current Community-Engaged Fellows and their families to celebrate the service work that the Fellows perform, and build community.

Scavenger Hunt hosted by the Undergrad Admissions team. Participants can pick up a copy of the hunt and return it completed by 2pm for a chance to win a Xavier utility tote stuffed with swag.

We are collaborating with Psi Chi to hold a "pop-in" style social event. The plan is to have a couple of tables with activities as well as some light grab-and-go bites and refreshments. Attendees will be able to mingle with each other and complete activities, if they'd like. Although we have not finalized the activities yet, we are thinking of having an alumni memory poster where alums can write their favorite memory of the SoP. We're also thinking of asking current students to write letters to their parents or future selves as well as decorate & sign a banner. We hope to hang up the posters/banners in Elet Hall later.

Join us for a family-friendly daytime party on the Xavier Yard with fun games, food trucks, music, and so much more!

A networking and discussion event for alumni and current students and families. We will have a networking/icebreaker activity; a panel discussion on the future of computer science, cybersecurity, data science, and artificial intelligence careers; a celebration of retiring professor Liz Johnson; and time to connect informally.
