Frequently Asked Questions
- We will email out a link the day registration opens (September 2 at 12pm Eastern Time)
- You will be redirected to the EngageXU homepage, if you are not a student please create a guest account. A six-digit verification code will be sent to the email you have provided (check your spam if you don't receive it). Once you enter the verification code, the system will login you in as a guest user so you are able to register.
- After you are setup as a guest user you will be directed to the AFO Event page, scroll down to registration.
- Select the quantity of tickets you need per person in your group. Please ensure you add the free "student" to your group. That ticket covers your Xavier student. Then click register. You will be redirected to enter your registration details. Once you do this then you will confirm your registration.
- Once you confirm you will be redirected to the Xavier University payment portal to purchase your tickets and they will send you a confirmation with a receipt number. This will complete your registration for AFO Weekend!
There are two options, pre-registration (we recommend this) and on-site registration. Pre-registration opens on Wednesday, September 2 at 12pm Eastern Time. There will be a registration link sent out to families via email with instructions on how to register. You can also register on-site Friday and Saturday of Family Weekend during the designated times listed on the schedule. Please note you must include your Xavier Student when you register. The cost of registration is $35 per person. Children under 5 and Xavier Students are free.

The cost of AFO Weekend covers food at the Musketeer Bash on Friday, fun run and service participation, brunch in the caf on Saturday, free admission into the fitness center in the Health United Building, admission into the Women's Basketball game, and much more.
*Please make sure to present your AFO Weekend wristband at any of the above events*
*Entry into the Men's Basketball Exhibition game is not included in your registration cost. Tickets must be purchased separately.
*Tickets to the Comedian must be purchased separately.
The theatre performances will cost extra (You can purchase tickets for the shows here. If you have any questions you can reach out to gscboxoffice@xavier.edu or call 513-745-3939).
Tickets to the Men's Basketball Game cost extra and can be purchased at the Xavier sports tickets site. For any additional questions, please reach out to the Athletic Ticket Office at (513) 745-3411.
AFO Weekend Brunch is not included in the alum registration fee. Alums can pay $15 at the door of Hoff Dining on Saturday.

Families will be offered a printed All for One Weekend schedule of events in addition to a campus map.
Alums are welcome pick up a walking brochure in the Alumni Center 1507 Dana Ave. and at the Gallagher Student Center welcome desk.
