Workday Student is a cloud-based student administration system that provides colleges and universities with a single platform to manage student records, registration, course management, financial aid, and other academic processes. Built for mobile access, it offers students, faculty, and staff self-service options for tasks such as class registration, grade entry, and viewing schedules, all within a unified system that also connects to Workday's financial and HR platforms. 

Workday Student will have staged implementations throughout 2026 and will finalize in 2027.
