If you have experienced discrimination or harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, disability, age, economic status, class, religion, culture, citizen, and/or veteran status by a Xavier student, Xavier employee or a third party, you have many reporting and support options and resources available depending on what you determine is best for you.
Xavier's central office for response to concerns/reports related to all forms of discrimination and harassment is the Civil Rights & Title Office-Gallagher Student Center 340, 513-745-3046, lawsonk1@xavier.edu. Students, employees, visitors, and third parties can learn about all of their rights, options, and resources related to their experience.
Specifics on Sex Discrimination
- Sex discrimination includes rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual harassment, and any harassment or discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy/related conditions.
