The SSS is to ensure that Trauma-Informed Care is provided to residents and other staff members. The SSS fosters a positive work and living environment for all.

Santa Maria Community Services (Stable Families Case Manager)  - Added October 12, 2026

Stable Families Case Manager: Maintain a caseload of 40-45 participants and assist them in achieving their educational, career, and financial goals while removing barriers. Maintain a minimum of in-person contacts with participants for an average of 44 contacts a month and document in case notes. Record participant progress toward goals in all required databases and program documents within 7 days of contact. Conduct screenings and assessments based on program requirements. Provide internal and external referrals for services. Maintain working knowledge of SMCS programs to successfully navigate connections through the family-centered care model and provide outreach to community and families.
