XUPD Citizen's Police Academy - Week 1 (Introduction / Police Standards)

Xavier University Police Department is pleased to invite all community members to participate in the inaugural Citizen's Police Academy.
- Ten weekly classes will be offered, beginning Wednesday, February 9th
- Refreshments will be served, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

- Wednesday, February 9th - Introduction / Police Standards
- Thursday, February 17th - Mental Health Emergencies / Inclusive Community Service / First Aid
- Wednesday, February 23rd - Tools of the Trade / Canine / Communications
- Wednesday, March 2nd - Drug Investigations / DUI
- Wednesday, March 9th - Patrol & Traffic / Search & Seizure
- Wednesday, March 16th - Crime Scene Investigation / Evidence & Property Room
- Wednesday, March 23rd - Detention Facility & Tour
- Wednesday, March 30th - Defensive Tactics / Use of Force / MILO Simulator
- Wednesday, April 6th - Hamilton County Prosecutor, Joe Deters
- Wednesday, April 13th - MILO Simulator / Graduation
