Monica began working at Xavier in February 2016 and, as the Procurement Operations Manager, is responsible for the XavierBuy e-procurement system, reporting, and oversight of nearly $100 million in annual purchases. She brings with her over 20 years of Government Contracting and Procurement experience as well as 18+ years of non-profit experience.

As the Vice President for a local nonprofit organization, she helps lead three coffee shops in Cincinnati that are making a difference in this community and around the world. She and her husband, Chris, reside in North Avondale with their son and enjoy regular visits from their daughter and 2 grandkids.

Monica is involved in Xavier's ProudXU group for LGBTQIA+ Staff & Faculty and desires to help create spaces where ALL people feel valued and loved just as they are.

Monica is recognized as an "Ignatian Educator of Distinction" based on her commitment and competence in animating the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence.
