AI @ Work

Artificial intelligence is transforming every profession, not just technology careers. The AI@Work track prepares students from any major to confidently navigate an AI-powered workplace by combining hands-on experience with emerging AI tools, exposure to industry leaders, and a strong foundation in ethical and responsible AI use. Throughout the program, students learn how organizations are using AI to improve productivity, drive innovation, and solve complex problems while exploring the opportunities and challenges these technologies create.

What makes AI@Work different is its focus on both practical AI fluency and human leadership. Students don't just learn about AI; they learn how to evaluate, implement, and lead with it responsibly in the workplace. Grounded in Xavier's Jesuit tradition, the track emphasizes ethics, critical thinking, accountability, and the uniquely human skills that remain essential in an age of intelligent technology.
