Adjunct Professor, Strategic Leadership

Pam is a retired Vice President from Procter & Gamble. She retired with over 35 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management. Pam has extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, innovation, quality assurance, and developing organizations and individuals. Pam has led organizations in over 30 countries globally and has lived and worked outside the USA and in several cities in the USA. Pam has worked as a senior facilitator with the Xavier Leadership Center for over six years. She is the CEO and President of Leadership and Change Consulting, LLC, an organization that provides individual and group coaching, mentoring, consulting, training/facilitation, and keynote speaking services. Pam is serving in her 1st academic year as an Adjunct Professor with Xavier Williams College of Business in the EMBA Program teaching MGNT 753: Strategic Leadership.

Pam earned her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University. Additionally, she has earned three graduate degrees in Leadership and Change, two masters (Northern Kentucky University and Antioch University) and a PhD from Antioch University. Pam’s doctoral research focused on the experience of executive level women in leadership. Pam is a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation.
