Angela Arway, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR Executive and Adjunct Instructor at Xavier University’s Williams College of Business. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Angela has worked as a transformational leader focusing on HR strategy across a variety of industries, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement and retention, leadership development, organizational transformation, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Triumph Energy/Hawkstone, Angela focuses on building and transforming the HR function to support organizational growth, strengthen culture, develop leaders, and create an exceptional employee experience.
A Xavier University MBA graduate, Angela brings real-world executive leadership experience into the classroom, helping students connect business and management concepts to the challenges they will encounter in their careers.
