Graduate Students

In order to apply as a Graduate student, you must complete an application to your program of choice.

Application processes vary depending upon your program of choice. In general, the following documents are required to complete an application:

• Official GMAT and/or GRE scores (program dependent) 
• Official transcripts of college / university education. Xavier requires a credential evaluation of international transcripts.
• Personal Statement
• Letter of Recommendation
• Minimum scores on English proficiency tests are as follows: TOEFL: iBT 79, PBT 550 (4.5 on new scoring scale from 21 Jan 2026) or IELTS: 6.5

 

An applicant for admission who does not meet every requirement for admission to Xavier University, but who otherwise has demonstrated an exceptional talent, may be accepted for admission at the sole discretion of the university's Chief Enrollment Officer. The Chief Enrollment Officer will ensure appropriate supports are provided to the admitted student(s) necessary to address the deficiency.
