Join us for the annual Xavier University Health Services Administration Symposium, where this year’s theme will explore how leaders navigate organizational challenges and respond to disruptions across complex and diverse care systems.

We are honored to welcome Paul Hiltz, President and CEO of Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) and author of Upheaval, who will serve as the keynote speaker. He will be joined by panelists: Mark Clement, CEO of TriHealth: Debbie Hayes, CEO of The Christ Hospital and Health Network: Steven Halm, DO, Founding Medical School Dean at the Xavier University College of Osteopathic Medicine. The discussion, moderated by Mallorie Reimer, second-year MHSA student at Xavier University, will focus on how leaders manage disruptions, strengthen resilience, and guide organizations through change. Panelists will share their perspectives on the evolving healthcare landscape, including the impact on clinicians, health systems, and payers, as well as strategies to meet the needs of today's patients.

This event has been submitted for the American College of Healthcare Executives Qualified Education Credit.

Following the session, students, alumni, and ACHE members will have the opportunity to connect and discuss their takeaways from the panel presentation. The networking session aims to connect healthcare professionals with various experiences to promote open, comfortable conversations about strategies for addressing organizational challenges, elevating collaboration between administrators and clinicians, building trust, and strengthening adaptability to the routine and large-scale crises.
