Important COVID-19 information for new hires:

On Sept. 16, President Hanycz announced that Xavier will require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 3, 2022, prior to the start of the spring semester. All employees are required to report their vaccination status using this link. Vaccine exemptions may be granted for medical or religious reasons. These exemptions can be requested via the links below. Employees who remain unvaccinated and do not have an approved exemption after the deadline will be subject to regular testing and other mitigation measures. Employee COVID-19 information has been developed to address additional specific questions.
