Long Term Disability
Xavier provides Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage at no cost to the employee. This protects a portion of the employee's income should they become unable to work to due an ongoing illness or injury for an extended period. The monthly benefit is 60% of the employee's base annual earnings up to $10,000. There is a 180 day waiting period before the benefit pays.
