Welcome Desk

Like the GSC, the student Welcome Desk is staffed during building operating hours. The Welcome Desk provides information to the campus community and the general public and serves as the campus switchboard. All calls made to the general University phone number, 513-745-3000 come through the Welcome Desk for general inquiries or transfer to other departments. 

The Welcome Desk maintains a supply of 20 wireless laptops available for checkout to Xavier students. Print commands can be sent from anywhere in the GSC to the Welcome Desk printers for pickup.
