Sorority Life at Xavier University

Xavier University is home to five sororities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Inc., and Delta Delta Delta.

The first sorority established on Xavier's campus was the Rho Xi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., founded on April 12, 1992. Since then, each organization has brought a rich tradition of leadership development, civic engagement, academic excellence, and lifelong sisterhood to the Xavier community.
