Sustained Dialogue

 dialogue

The Brueggeman Center is working with the Sustained Dialogue Institute to bring the Sustained Dialogue process to Xavier. These dialogues focus on difficult topics and generally continue for several months or longer.

Our first dialogue launched in the Fall of 2025, and more are planned.

What is Sustained Dialogue?

Sustained Dialogue is a patented and adaptable peace process to transform difficult relationships and resolve conflict.

Do you want to create space for deep listening and new partnerships where you work, study, or live? The Sustained Dialogue Institute supports individuals and teams across the globe designing and leading local change processes. SD works with established and young leaders: especially those who can imagine new ways of interacting.

We define dialogue as “listening deeply enough to be changed by what you learn.”
