Bias Incident Reports
When a Xavier student is accused of engaging in biased behavior:
Bias incidents in which a student is accused of engaging in the biased behavior may be reported in several ways in order to respect the needs of the impacted individual(s):
- Bias incidents or hate crimes by students may be reported to the University through the link below:
Xavier University Student Concern Report - Bias incidents or hate crimes by students may be reported to the Civil Rights & Title IX Office by phone at 533-745-3046 or email to lawsonk1@xavier.edu.
- Bias incidents or hate crimes may be reported to the Xavier University Police Department. To make a report, you may contact XUPD at 513-745-1000 or visit XUPD on campus at Flynn Hall.
- Anonymous reports may be submitted through Xavier's EthicsPoint system by either of the following two methods:
- Visit Xavier University EthicsPoint Reporting System
- Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of the web page.
OR
- Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada: 855-481-6238
When a Xavier employee is accused of engaging in biased behavior:
- Bias incidents or hate crimes by employees may be reported to the Civil Rights & Title IX Office by phone at 513-745-3046 or via email to lawsonk1@xavier.edu.
- Bias incidents or hate crimes by employees may be reported to the Office of Human Resources at 513-745-3638 or hr@xavier.edu
- Bias incidents or hate crimes may be reported to the Xavier University Police Department. To make a report, you may contact XUPD at 513-745-1000 or visit XUPD on campus at Flynn Hall.
