Assistant Professor
Dr. Suni Sharma is a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio and a licensed professional counselor in the state of New Jersey. She completed her doctorate at Montclair State University and her master's in clinical mental health counseling at Monmouth University.
Suni has a passion for teaching and supervising budding counselors, working with a variety of clients, and engaging in counseling research. Dr. Sharma's research interests include social justice advocacy in counseling, the adoption triad and adoption microaggressions, and counseling ethics.
Dr. Sharma is excited to join the esteemed counseling department and looks forward to serving the student body at Xavier University!
