Department Notice Regarding COVID-19
During this time, it is very important that we practice the promotion of social distancing and rely on the advice of health experts, thus, the Department of Communication faculty and staff will be working remotely from their homes.
While classes are remote, the easiest way to reach faculty is through their email. The second best way to reach them is through their office voicemail, which will be emailed to them. You can find faculty contact information on your class syllabi or here.
For more general questions, either email or call the department administrator, Ryssa Kemper, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (513) 745-3087 (your call will be forwarded) during regular business hours.
Other relevant updates include:
- Please frequently check the Canvas page for Communication Majors and Minors for updates or announcements specific to Communication students.
- Academic Advising for summer and fall 2020 will be happening through email. See the announcement about advising on the Canvas page for Communication Majors and Minors for more information.
Think communication is easy? Think again. Bringing people together in ethical, effective, and engaging ways is anything but easy. It requires intelligence, gumption, and savvy. Each communication major combines creativity, strategy, and technology to help organizations interact with an audience.
