Cap and Gown Information

Congratulations on reaching this moment in your academic journey! Graduates who attend commencement are required to wear the custom Xavier University academic regalia provided via the our partners at Jostens and the All for One Shop. See below for options for purchasing your custom Xavier University regalia.

*Please note, the images of the regalia on the website may not be updated with the custom Xavier regalia, but your order will be placed fo the custom navy blue regalia with the X logo on the sleeves.

1. Order for Pick-Up at Grad Fair

Graduates interested in picking up regalia at Grad Fair should place orders online by Friday, January 16, 2026. 

  1. Go to the Xavier University Store at Jostens
  2. Select "Graduation Products" 
  3. Select "Graduation Caps & Gowns"
  4. Select a collection from the drop down menu 
  5. Select Student Pick-Up at Bookstore (this is the correct option for Grad Fair pick-up)
  6. Complete your order*

2. Order for Home Delivery

Graduates interested in home delivery should place orders online by Friday, April 3, 2026.

  1. Go to the Xavier University Store at Jostens
  2. Select "Graduation Products" 
  3. Select "Graduation Caps & Gowns"
  4. Select a collection from the drop down menu
  5. Select Student Regalia Homeship
  6. Complete your order*

3. Purchase In-Store

Graduates interested in purchasing regalia in-store can visit the University Station location of the All for One Shop from early January through Commencement Week to make your selections.

Honor Cords

Only undergraduate students receive honors. For those eligible for honors cords, honor cords are at your own expense. Visit the Registrar's website for more information about honors eligibility. Honor cords are available for purchase in-person at the University Station location of the All for One Shop.

Ordering Deadlines

Orders placed for in-store pick-up by Friday, January 16 will be available for pick-up at Grad Fair on Thursday, March 5, 2026.  Regalia may also be purchased on-site at Grad Fair or on-site at the University Station location of the All for One Shop.  

Orders placed for ship-to-home must be submitted by Friday, April 3 to guarantee delivery by Commencement.

In store purchases at the University Station Location of the All for One Shop will be available from early January through Commencement Week.
