Deptartment of Art Student Exhibition

When XU went remote last March, the Department of Art was about to open new exhibitions of student thesis art by Senior Art Majors:  

Annie DeGrood, Drawing/Painting

Claire Feist, Fibers

Sofia Philo, Painting

Jacob Sannes, Graphic Design

Monica Schweiger, Graphic Design/Photography

Although these exhibitions were not available for public viewing during Spring Semester, the Department of Art is pleased to share they were able to display the art as the first exhibition during this Fall Semester, August 17-29, 2020. 

Kitty Uetz, Director of Xavier Art Galleries, wanted to document these exhibitions to share with viewers who could not visit the Galleries in-person. Please see the video, created by Eli Bedel, to highlight the student work.
