The Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair is a collaborative event presented by Xavier University, Mount St. Joseph University, Northern Kentucky University, University of Cincinnati, University of Dayton, and Wilmington College. This event provides school districts the opportunity to connect with hundreds of teaching and counseling candidates from five area campuses in one fair. Candidates represent a variety of programs including:

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM - Employer Check-In
Please check in between 8:30 and 9:30 AM at the Employer Check-In Table located just inside the east entrance of the Cintas Center which is the main entrance to the Schiff Family Conference and Banquet Center. Parking is available in the C-2 lot. (No parking pass required on event date.) Click here for directions to campus and a campus map.
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM - Networking Session
The networking session will allow recruiters the opportunity to speak with candidates about openings and schedule afternoon interviews on your Employer Interview Schedule (provided in your packet upon arrival - one per recruiter.) The Employer Interview Schedule is set up for
12:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Interviews for Selected Candidates
Interviews will take place at your booth. Candidates will come to your booth at the time of his/her scheduled interview. (There is no need to retrieve individuals from the Candidate Waiting Areas.) Event staff members will clearly display "2 Minutes Remaining" signs to inform interviewers of the time remaining before the next scheduled interview. Candidates have been instructed to wait patiently at your booth should an interview be finishing up. If you find that you are running behind schedule, please take a moment to reschedule with the waiting candidate to prevent him/her from missing a later interview.
