Ed Fair Vendor Logistics
The five institutions that collaboratively present the Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair look forward to your participation in this event on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from 12:00 - 5:00 PM in the Cintas Center at Xavier University. Traditionally this event draws 400-500 interested candidates from the College of Mount St. Joseph, Northern Kentucky University, University of Cincinnati, Wilmington College, and Xavier University, making this event a prime opportunity to share information about your organization or service. Logistics for the fair are listed below.
CHECK IN
Vendors are asked to check in between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please enter through the east entrance of the Cintas Center which is the main entrance to the Schiff Family Conference and Banquet Center. Vendors should check in at the Information Table located at the bottom of the stairs. (Signage will point you in the right direction.) If you have not provided all the names of those representing your organization at the event, or would like to add representatives, please send them to Julie Ridge as soon as possible at employer@xavier.edu. This will allow for a more convenient check-in for your organization.
LUNCH
Lunch will be available for recruiters between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM and may be enjoyed in the Employer Lounge or at your booth. Two complimentary lunches are included with each registration package. Additional lunches may be purchased in advance for $20 each by contacting Julie Ridge at employer@xavier.edu. Your name tag will serve as your lunch ticket for this event, so please be sure to wear it when visiting the Employer Lounge.
TABLE LOGISTICS
A sign with your organization's name will be posted at your assigned booth. Your booth includes a 6' table with table cloth and chairs. If you have ordered electricity access, we will have that prepared for you at your booth. Wireless internet access is offered to all vendors at no charge.
VENDOR DISPLAYS: 12:00 - 5:00 PM
Vendors will staff their booths during the Candidate Interview Session (12:30-5:00 PM), allowing candidates awaiting their scheduled interviews to connect with vendor representatives for information and networking. Vendor booths will be stationed in the lower level lobby, a "hub" of candidate activity as they await scheduled interviews and make their way to/from scheduled interviews.
SHIPPING MATERIALS TO/FROM THE VENUE
You may ship your items to arrive no earlier than Friday, April 12, 2013. Please do not ship materials more than 72 hours prior to the fair. This will ensure safe storage of your pre-shipped items. To ship items in advance, the shipping address is:

To ship your materials after the fair, there is a FedEx drop-box just outside the east Cintas Center (Schiff Family Conference and Banquet Center) doors. Pick up occurs at 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. You will need an account number to pay for the shipment. The conference center suggests printing and bringing with you pre-paid labels for your convenience. If you need to use UPS, you must call UPS directly to arrange for a pick up. They will need your account number and measurement of the boxes that you will be shipping. The conference center is not responsible for shipping packages.

Organizations paying by check: Please plan to send full payment of the career fair registration fee on or before May 16, 2013 to avoid a late payment penalty. Please send checks to:

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received by April 6, 2013 to receive a refund. To cancel, please contact Julie Ridge at employer@xavier.edu.
