Gabe Araujo

Consumer Staples Manager

Gabriel is a senior finance and accounting major from Joinville-SC, Brazil. He will be a future intern at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. At Xavier, he is a member of the Men’s Tennis team.

Joe Bartoletti

Consumer Discretionary Manager

Joe is a senior finance major from Golden, Colorado. He has previously worked for Alaska General Seafoods and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Xavier, he is the Vice President of X-treme Fans and is a member of Delta Sigma Pi.

Peter Chopra

Energy/Utilities Manager

Peter is a finance and accounting major from Buffalo, NY. He is treasurer for the Club Ice Hockey team and plans to work in the asset management and financial services industry. Outside of class, he enjoys playing for the Club Ice Hockey team, traveling, watching the Sabres and Bills, and hanging out with friends.

Connor Crory

Chief Operating Officer

Connor is a senior finance major from Honolulu, Hawaii. Last summer he worked at Leader Creek Fisheries in Naknek, Alaska. In the future, he would like to work in commercial real estate. At Xavier, Connor is a member of the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity. His other interests include ice hockey, skiing, and the Colorado Rockies.

Kenny DePrez

Real Estate Manager

Kenny is a senior finance major from Duvall, Washington. He currently works as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual and hopes to have a career in venture capital or consulting. Outside of class, he is the treasurer for FMA, a member of the Student Alumni Association, plays intramural sports, and likes to hang out with friends and family.

Christian Glass

IT & Telecom Manager

Christian is a senior finance major from Columbus, Indiana. He has previously interned at Cummins Inc. and LHP Engineering Solutions. He recently accepted a job offer from Cummins Inc. At Xavier, he is a pitcher on the Men’s Baseball team.

Carson Korn

Chief Executive Officer

Carson is a senior finance major from Lafayette, Indiana. His past internship experience involves working for Delaware North and overseeing the Manresa Orientation Program. At Xavier, he is currently a student intern in the Fifth Third Trading center, a Peer Mentor, and a leader in the orientation program. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and watching Xavier Basketball.

Jude Krauss

Industrials/Materials Sector

Jude is a senior finance and accounting major from Mundelein, IL, a suburb of Chicago. He previously worked at Aon Hewitt as a consulting intern. He plans to pursue a career in wealth management. At Xavier, he is President of Club Water Polo and Executive Council member in Delta Sigma Pi.

Alex Moore

IT & Telecom Manager

Alex is a senior finance major and German minor from Noblesville, Indiana. At Xavier, he is President of the Model United Nations club and Vice President of the Club Ice Hockey team. He hopes to one day work for a hedge fund or in venture capital.

Tim Morse

Financials Manager

Tim is a senior finance major and an economics minor from Menomonee Falls, WI. He has previously worked at UBS for the First Vice President- Wealth Management and Branch Director in Kenwood, Ohio and worked as a Fraud Analyst at Macy’s. He is the VP of XU Engagement for the professional fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. He is an avid sports fan especially Xavier basketball and the Denver Broncos.

Matt Nola

Healthcare Manager

Matt is a senior finance and marketing from Buffalo, NY. He recently had an internship over the summer with Fidelity Investments where he was an Administrative Intern. He also has been working at Wegman’s supermarket back home for about four years now. In the future, his goal is to work for a healthcare company, more specifically for a medical device company in their sales or marketing department.

Grant Paulson

Chief Investment Officer

Grant is a senior finance major from Rose City, Michigan. He has previously worked as a Commercial Loans Intern at Mercantile Bank of Michigan. At Xavier, he is a member of the Club Tennis team, Young Americans for Liberty, and Business Leaders for Tomorrow.

Anthony Petretti

Compliance Officer

Anthony is a senior finance major and economics minor from Medina, OH. He currently works in the Fifth Third Trading Center in the Williams College of Business. Tony is also currently interning at Bahl & Gaynor Investment Counsel in Cincinnati and plans on studying for his CFA after college. At Xavier, he plays on the Club Hockey team, is Vice President of the Business Leaders for Tomorrow club, and is a member of the Financial Management Association.

Gabe VanDyke

Gabe is a senior finance and accounting major from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is an intern at Valuation Research Corporation. At Xavier, he is President of the Financial Management Association and Treasurer of the Club Golf team. Outside of class, he enjoys sports, movies, and traveling.

Joe Woeste

Chief Financial Officer

Joe is a senior finance and accounting Major from Denver, Colorado. This past summer, he interned with Fifth Third Bank in their Finance and Accounting Leadership Program. At Xavier, he is President of the Accounting Society, Vice President of the Club Golf Team, and Chairman of the Dean's Student Advisory Board. Outside of school, he enjoys playing and watching golf while cheering on Cleveland sports teams.

Kristen Brauer

Chief Executive Officer

Kristen is a senior finance major from Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This past summer she interned at JP Morgan Chase & Co. in Delaware, as part of the Finance Analyst Development Program. At Xavier, she is currently a Student Intern in the Fifth Third Trading Center, President of the University Scholars division of Honors Council, and a member of Triathlon Club. In her spare time, she enjoys dance, editing music, and volunteering. She will be joining the Orr Fellowship Program in June with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis as her host company.

Emily Johnston

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Director of Community Outreach

Emily is a senior finance major from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Last semester she was an analyst in the Consumer Discretionary sector. This semester is she Chief Operating Officer and Co-Director of Community Outreach. She is also the president of the dance team here at Xavier. After graduation in May, she plans to pursue a career in investments.

Jake Haas

Chief Investment Officer

Jake is a senior finance major from Wilder, Kentucky. This past summer, he interned with Fort Washington Investment Advisors Inc., the investment wing for Western & Southern Financial Group. Jake interned for their Private Client Group, which provides financial planning for high net worth clients. After graduation, he will be working for Macy's in their Finance and Accounting Executive Development Program. At Xavier, Jake is a member of the Financial Management Association, a brother in the professional fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, and also serves as a Peer Leader.

Jack Bainbridge

Chief Financial Officer

Jack is a senior finance and accounting major from Frankfort, Illinois. This past summer, he interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago as an auditor on the financial services team. Jack has accepted his offer and is looking forward to working fulltime with PwC next fall! At Xavier, he has been involved with Student Activities Council, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Williams College of Business Dean's Advisory Board, and the Manresa Orientation Program. Outside of school, Jack is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks!

Danielle Burns

Chief Compliance Officer

Danielle is a senior finance major from Pittsburgh, PA. Last summer, she interned with Covestro previously Bayer Material Science in the Procurement Department. Danielle enjoys volunteering with Boys II Men, a group that tutors and mentors young boys at Evanston Academy. She also enjoys playing the violin in the XU Chamber Orchestra.

Grant Hettinger

Chief Economist

Grant is a senior finance major from Boston, Massachusetts. For the past year and a half he has been working for The Kellogg Company as Business Planning Intern. Grant is currently pursuing opportunities involving Asset and Wealth Management for after graduation. On campus he his involved in intramural sports, Delta Sigma Pi, and the Financial Management Association. In his free time, Grant enjoys traveling with friends and family.

Mariana Tamburro

Controller & Co-Director of Community Outreach

Mariana is a senior finance & accounting double major from Cleveland, OH. This past summer, she interned for AXA Advisors with the DMG Group. Mariana is the Vice President of Student Outreach and member of Accounting Society, Secretary for Women in Business, and has been involved in several volunteer programs. She is a student member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants. In her free time, Mariana enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the Xavier Basketball team along with her hometown Cleveland teams.

Michael Uba

Director of Financial Modeling & IT & Telecom Co-Manager

Michael is a senior finance major from Buffalo, New York. Over the summer, he interned with the Cincinnati Reds in their Authentic's Department. After Xavier, he hopes to either work for a professional sports team or as a financial analyst. At Xavier, Michael is a part of the Club Baseball & Golf Team. He also enjoy playing golf, baseball, and listening to classic rock. He is a huge Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan!

Adam Tortelli

Consumer Discretionary Manager

Adam is a senior finance major from Cleveland, Ohio. He is currently with Wycoff Lucas Retirement Investment Group where he has been since March 2016, in addition to interning with First American Title Company in summer of 2015. Adam is currently pursuing opportunities for development programs in Asset Management. Adam can be found spending time with family, close friends, or cheering on his beloved championship-winning Cleveland Cavaliers.

Caitlin Krabach

Real Estate Manager

Caitlin is a senior finance major from Fort Wayne, IN. This semester, she is working at Topgolf in West Chester, Ohio as a Bay Host and Office Administrator. Upon graduation, Caitlin hopes to work as a financial analyst for a Financial or Real Estate firm. At Xavier, she passionately cheers on the basketball team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and petting cats.

Aaron Peterson

IT & Telecom Co-Manager

Aaron is a senior finance major from Warwick, New York. He is hoping to work as a financial analyst after graduation as well as begin an MBA program and study for multiple series exams. At Xavier, he is the captain of both the Men's Cross Country and Track teams as well as being a member on the Big East All Academic Team three years in a row. Outside of being a varsity student athlete, Aaron enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and listening to Frank Sinatra.

Alex Huff

Consumer Staples Co-Manager

Alex is a senior finance major from Worthington, Ohio. He is planning on obtaining a certificate as a chartered financial analyst, and taking his first level exam before the end of his senior year. He hopes to become an investment banker in the Columbus, Ohio area. He is a member of the Financial Managers Association and various LGBT interest clubs. In his free time he enjoys watching movies and TV shows, enjoying a cigar, and playing video and board games with friends.

Brian High

Financials Manager

Brian is a senior finance and international business double major from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is planning on getting his CFA certification after graduation and going to graduate school for an MSF degree. Brian is also the Treasurer and Co-Founder of Students for an Informed Society club at Xavier. He is also the captain of the Men’s Sabre Fencing Team for Xavier’s Fencing Team. In his free time he likes cheering for the FC Cincinnati soccer team.

Cameron Cooke

Industrials Manager

Cameron is a senior finance and marketing double major from Columbus, OH. He previously worked at American Modern Insurance Group as a Product and Underwriting Intern and will be a part of the Financial Leadership Development Program with BAE Systems, a defensive and supply company in York, PA, after graduation. At Xavier, Cameron is a part of the American Marketing Association Xavier Chapter and plays intramurals.

Grayson Moore

Utilities Manager

Grayson is a senior finance major from Houston, Texas. This past summer he interned at Northwestern Mutual as a financial advisor. In the future he plans to become a CFP. In his free time, Grayson enjoys watching and playing sports. He is a big Cowboys and Astros fan and hopes to see them win a championship in his lifetime.

Michael Pica

Healthcare Co-Manager

Michael is a senior, from Winchester, Kentucky, set to graduate in May with his degree in Finance. He is currently a manager for the fund within the healthcare sector, and is working towards getting a full time position in the field, following graduation. He enjoys reading, playing a variety of intramural sports, and is an officer (Secretary) of the Xavier Club Baseball Team.

Nicholas Musso

Healthcare Co-Manager

Nicholas is a senior finance and accounting double major from Detroit, Michigan. This past summer he worked for Detroit Thomas Edison Energy Company as a Financial Controller in the Fossil Generation Group. He is currently the Vice President of Finance for the Xavier Men's Lacrosse Team, along with the American Marketing Association at Xavier. In the future, Nicholas plans to attain his CPA and work for RSM.

Richard Froio

Materials Manager

Richard is a senior finance major from Scituate, Massachusetts. He is currently a Telesales Intern at Anthem Inc. where he will be selling health insurance this upcoming enrollment period as a licensed agent. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Behrndt

Ryan is a senior finance major and international business minor from St. Louis, Missouri. He interned with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representation and serves as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the X-treme Fans Board of Directors. He enjoys travel, music, and sports in his free time and plans to work as a financial analyst in the future.

Jim Knowles

Jim is a senior finance major from Boston, Massachusetts. Last summer, he interned at Duke University in the Business Services division of Duke’s Facilities Management Department. In his free time, he enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends, and playing on the Club Water Polo team here at Xavier.
