Gather Transcripts

As part of the application process to Xavier University, all students must submit official copies of the following transcripts:

• Final secondary (high school) transcript
• Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
• Transcript from any current college or university enrollment

Students may also submit official copies of the Joint Services Transcript and/or a transcript from the Community College of the Air Force, in order to earn transfer credit for military service. Students eligible for a Joint Services Transcript include active duty service members, reservists and Veterans of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Cost Guard.
