The Xavier University Application Process

Xavier has six different types of applications that prospective students may choose from when starting the application process. While the application you will choose depends on your own personal situation, they all have three basic requirements.

When your application is complete and all required materials are received, it will be reviewed for an admission decision by the Veterans Admissions Counselor. You will be notified by the Office of Admissions and the Student Veterans Center of you admissions decision within 48 hours of receipt of all required materials.  If you have submitted transfer credit, once you are admitted, your transcript is sent to the Office of the Registrar for the official transfer evaluation.

Additional Program Specific Requirements

The Student Veterans Center strongly suggests that prospective students also connect with the specific program that they are interested in to understand any additional requirements the program may have. The SVC staff is always available to help make these connections with specific programs on campus.
