Celebration of Student Research and Creative Activity 2026

The Celebration is scheduled for Wednesday April 22, 2026 2:00-5:00 PM and will take place in the McDonald Memorial Library. Please use the form below to submit your abstract and to be included in this year's event. Submissions are due by Wednesday April 8.

There will be two poster sessions, and presenters should plan to be near their poster during their assigned session. Posters can be up to 3x4 feet, in landscape orientation. Click here for more information about poster printing on campus.

IF YOU PLAN TO PRESENT WITH A GROUP, then only one of you should submit an abstract. They will be asked to identify all the presenters.

Please submit an abstract. You will be asked to log-in. Use your Xavier user name (the part before the @xavier.edu) and your Xavier password. You must submit an abstract to register for the Celebration. At any later date you can return to your entry and attach documents (your poster, presentation, or a paper) that go with the project you will be presenting. Those documents will be stored permanently within Exhibit, and you can link to them to share your work.

You will receive a decision about your abstract by Friday April 10.
