Education Abroad Announcements   

  • Spring 2026 program applications are open. Deadline for applications is September 1, 2025.
  • Winter break and spring break program applications are open. Deadline for applications is October 1, 2025. 
  • Study Abroad Fair is Friday, September 12 from 1-4pm on the Academic Mall. RSVP on EngageXU. 
  • Apply for or renew your US passport as soon as possible if you’re thinking of studying abroad in 2025-2026. The US State Department is no longer experiencing significant delays -- expedited passports are taking 2-3 weeks and regular service is 6-8 weeks. Generally your passport expiration date should be valid for 6 months after your departure date back to the USA.
