Strengthen Xavier's identity, brand and organizational and financial health.

• Promote learning and community building through the efficient utilization, maintenance and enhancement of the 1.4 million square feet of facilities.
• Generate resources and manage liability and compliance to ensure Xavier's wellness
• Support and develop our people to achieve our goals.
• Fundraising and Alumni Giving.
