Airport Shuttle


Traveling home has never been easier! The Xavier University Airport Shuttle service is provided by the Student Government Association in response to students' needs for an affordable and convenient ride to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG).

 

Please note we will not be offering the Shopping Shuttle for the 2020-2021 school year.

Xavier Airport Shuttle

The Xavier University Airport Shuttle provides transportation from Xavier's campus to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG) at the start of each break (the day before break begins and the first day of break), then back to campus at the end of each break (the day before classes start).

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE! THE SHUTTLE FOR 2020-2021 HAS A 10 PERSON LIMIT FOR EACH TRIP, IF YOU DO NO REGISTER YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE.

 

Schedule:

THANKSGIVING (November 25-November 29)

November 23 (Depart from Xavier - buses leave Bellarmine Circle):
11am, Noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
November 24 (Depart from Xavier - buses leave Bellarmine Circle):
6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, Noon


(Departing from Xavier, the shuttle will arrive at CVG approximately 45 minutes after the hour. Returning to Xavier, the shuttle will arrive at Xavier approximately 50 minutes after the hour.)

*Pick-up location at CVG: the shuttle driver will meet students at the desk in baggage claim across from carousel 4.

Students planning to ride the Airport Shuttle to CVG are required to register their flight information at least 1 week before departureThe 2020-2021 airport shuttle has a 10 person limit for each trip, if you do not register you will not be able to ride the shuttle.

FAQs

What if the shuttle isn't at the stop? 
It is possible the shuttle was delayed in traffic. Unfortunately staff members are not available during the hours of shuttle operation.  You may need to take another form of transportation, such as calling a taxi service. Make sure to send a message to shuttle@xavier.edu if you have any problems.  

I want to share my experience on the shuttle, how do I go about this?

What if my flight is canceled or delayed, will the shuttle wait for me?
The Student Government Association and Xavier University is not responsible for making arrangements outside of the advertised shuttle times when flights are canceled or delayed. If the shuttle should be delayed for any reason or if the shuttle is full, it is the responsibility of the rider to make other travel arrangements.

Where do I meet the shuttle at CVG to come back to Xavier? 
The shuttle driver will pick up students at the desk in baggage claim across from carousel 4.
