Supervisors can follow this timeline for implementing Xavier GROW into their routines

  1. Supervisor reads the Xavier GROW Why Slides
  2. Intervention #1: early in the semester, supervisor discusses questions with student and takes notes in the digital Xavier GROW Conversation Guide.
  3. Intervention #2: late in the semester, supervisor discusses questions with student and takes notes in the digital Xavier GROW Conversation Guide.
