  1. Supervisor reads the Xavier GROW Why Slides
  2. Supervisor follows up with any questions with Kurt Hollender, Assistant Director of Experiential Learning: hollenderk@xavier.e du
  3. Intervention #1 Early in the semester, supervisor discusses questions with student and takes notes in the digital Xavier GROW Conversation Guide. Submits guide.
  4. Intervention #2 Late in the semester, supervisor discusses questions with student and takes notes in the digital Xavier GROW Conversation Guide. Submits guide.
