Dr. Leann Caudill

Dr. Caudill earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, her M.A. in I-O Psychology from Xavier University, and her Ph.D. in Organizational Science from UNC Charlotte. She is currently serving as Co-Faculty Advisor for Psi Chi and Psychology Club.

Dr. Caudill’s primary research interests include leadership, groups, gender differences in the workplace, and organizational attraction.
